Tent Trailer Rentals Saskatoon

Tent Trailer Rentals Saskatoon - Folding camping trailers that can be utilized for camping in parks, forested areas or any other kind of place set aside for camping purposes are referred to as tent campers. Tent campers are also called pop-up trailers and are typically lightweight allowing you to tow the trailer utilizing any size of vehicle. Camper trailers have a metal base with a nylon or canvas body which allows easy set up like how you would set up a standard tent.

There are several advantages to using tent campers. Firstly, it is easy to tow the tent camper utilizing anything from a large pick-up truck to a small family car, due to its relatively lightweight and small construction. Tent campers have adequate weight to keep them stable on the road whilst traveling, but lightweight and small enough to keep the reduction in gas mileage and wind drag to a minimum. Probably the best feature of tent campers is that it is a lot easier to set up than a standard tent. The camper can be parked on any kind of ground and often needs little more than snapping the base frame into place and opening out the body section.

Tent campers are smaller than other types of campers and could be best described as a rectangular box riding on a set of wheels. When fully closed, the full height of a tent camper is normally no more than chest high to the regular male adult. To open out the camper, most models have a split lid allowing you to open out the portions from the middle of the top showing the tent support frame and nylon or canvas body below. When the tent camper is installed completely it will have plenty of space for up to four sleeping bags and will normally provide a lot of head room for even a tall adult.

Tent campers could be provided with extra features on top of the basic models. For example, several types of campers come with mesh windows built into the nylon or canvas body, allowing natural light into the tent. A few will also come with window flaps enabling you to close windows when sleeping at night or during heavy rain. Tents are also constructed in such a way that wheelchair users could access the camper easily, provided that a suitable lift is installed on the end of the metal base. A number of tent camper models also use double seamed nylon or canvas that are designed to withstand all kinds of adverse weather.

Amongst the main advantages of a tent camper that is occasionally disregarded is that the camper is positioned on wheels. With the body raised from the ground it is harder for park wildlife to find their way into the tent. Moreover, several types of camper offer a padded base making it more comfortable for sleeping in.

The price you will pay for a brand new tent camper will obviously depend on the size and the equipment installed for a specific make and model. Nearly all dealers who sell the different camper types would also offer the basic tent camper. They would also help with the attachment of the tow ball joint to your vehicle which is utilized to attach the rear of your motor vehicle to the camper trailer. Some models of tent campers could be quite expensive, but basically all tent campers will still be less cost compared to all the other camper types.
